Activities are the fundamental building blocks of a workflow and each activity represents a unit of work or a step in your business process.
An activity is represented in a rectangle shape with its name and all activities have an incoming connection and an outgoing connection.
Start and Stop have only one connection.
Parallel Start, Scheduled Start and Condition have multiple connections.
All activities can be configured using the Property Editor. It displays editable fields to configure input and output of the activity. When an activity is executed the output is saved in the output variable and it can be used as input to the next activity or any trailing activity in the flowchart.
Activities can be added to the workflow by dragging from the Toolbox and dropping into the Designer Canvas.
Create or Open a robot.
Open a workflow
Drag and drop an activity from the toolbox.
You can create a flow by connecting two activities, the direction of the flow is indicated by the arrow at the end of the connection.
