Viewing Task Status in Robot Cloud

Viewing Task Status in Robot Cloud is a simple process. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Log into your Robot Cloud account using your credentials.

  2. Once you are logged in, navigate to the main page.

  3. Look for the Tasks section and click on it.

  4. In the Tasks section, you will find a list of tasks assigned to you.

Managing Task Assignments

Reassigning tasks can be done using the Tasks Listing UI in the Robot Cloud UI. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Log in to your Robot Cloud account.

  2. Go to the Tasks Listing section.

  3. Locate the specific task that you want to reassign.

  4. Select the task to access its details and options.

  5. Look for the reassign or change assignee option.

  6. Click on the reassign option to modify the assignee.

  7. Choose the new assignee for the task.

  8. Save the changes to complete the reassignment.

Using the Tasks Listing UI in the Robot Cloud UI, you can easily manage task assignments by adding new assignees. However, please note that you cannot remove the users who were initially assigned during the task's creation. This allows you to ensure that tasks are assigned to the appropriate team members for efficient task execution and collaboration.
