# Move Folder

Moves a folder from one location to the other.

This activity moves a specified folder to another location.

### From

* **Source:** [`Object Argument`](/getting-started/rpa-studio/arguments.md#object) <mark style="color:red;">`Required`</mark>\
  The path of the folder that is to be moved.

### To

* **Destination:** [`String Argument`](/getting-started/rpa-studio/arguments.md#string) <mark style="color:red;">`Required`</mark>\
  The destination path where the folder is to be moved.

### Input

* **Overwrite:**\
  Specifies an option for overwriting the file with the same name as the newly moved file at the destination.
